Yes. We have large and small paddocks as well as a large pasture. If your horse needs individual turn out, he will be rotated out each day for at least 4 hours. If your horse can be out with others he will always be out all day, weather permitting.

We use fly predators which greatly reduce the number of disease carrying biting flies in the manure areas. We also use fly traps. We are agriculture-zoned so we also call the mosquito control to be sprayed if needed. We have had no major issues with bugs to date.

Yes. We have heated tubs in all of the paddocks. One barn has heat and the other barns are provided with heated buckets as needed. Our frost-free hydrants work all year round.

We get our hay from a family owned and operated farm in upstate NY that prides itself on its quality of hay. It is a timothy/alfalfa mix and the horses love it. It is consistently the same quality all year round.

Yes. We have plenty of parking and offer reasonable daily rates for day and night shows. We need at least 2 weeks notice. Our tractor and drag are available to you and you are responsible for cleaning up all manure and dragging the arena when you are finished. For more information, contact the farm at 774-213-9030.
